Return & Exchange Policy

We are sorry to hear that you are considering to return/ exchange. We are only able to accept the request if:

(1) the wrong item(s) was delivered to you
(2) damaged/ defective item(s) was delivered to you; or
(3) you did not receive your item(s)

Please reach out to us the within 5 days of receiving your order (if it was a wrong item or damaged/ defective item) with your invoice number and the photo of the item received. Our sales team will assist you with the exchange of product.

Please take note that we do not accept the request if:

(1) the item(s) was damaged/lost by your own courier/delivery man
(2) the item(s) was mishandled by you (or someone from your side) 
(3) change of mind (this include ordered wrongly)
(4) product was used
(5) lost of original packaging (box)
(6) item(s) received more than 5 days

When the return / exchange is approved, We will resend the order with the original turnaround timeline and send the item(s) out via the same paid shipping method. Delivery is non-refundable.

We reserve the right to amend, vary or modify these Terms at any time, without giving prior notice to you and such amendments shall be effective immediately upon inclusion/publication of such amendment on the Website and issued Invoice.
