Self-collection is available only in our warehouse by appointment only. Kindly contact us to arrange collection timing before dropping by our warehouse.

You may arrange your own courier or despatch to collect your order. Kindly contact us to arrange collection timing before dropping by our warehouse.

Delivery & Shipping Policy
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are usually delivered on the next working day after payment has been received, during our delivery operating hours.
- Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.
- Standard delivery is approximately 1 working day after payment.
- Customers may contact us to request a preferred delivery date.
- We will try our best to accommodate the requested delivery date, subject to delivery availability.
- A specific delivery time cannot be guaranteed.
- Deliveries are made during our normal delivery operating hours.
- Delivery times may be affected by public holidays, unforeseen circumstances, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the delivery address.
For standard deliveries, the shipping rates are:

Shipping fees are calculated based on the total parcel weight and applicable delivery location.
Special Delivery Locations
Delivery to certain locations may be subject to additional delivery charges or special delivery arrangements, including:
- Marina Bay Sands (MBS)
- Resorts World Sentosa (RWS)
- Sentosa
- Mandai Zoo
Where applicable, the actual delivery charge will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page before payment is completed.
Driver Declaration
Certain delivery locations may require driver identification or driver details to be declared in advance.
Where driver declaration is required, we can provide the necessary driver information for the delivery arrangement. Additional charges or changes to the delivery arrangement may apply depending on the requirements of the delivery location.
